Clagnut now uses a slightly customised version of Dean Allen’s wonderful Textile. Textile provides speedier text input (without having to mark up the input into my CMS) and formats the text nicely, with proper “typographer’s quotes” and so on.
There may be a few glitches along the way, so please drop me a line if you see some odd formatting.
The referrers page is now back up. I’ve removed all the dodgy links from the database and added some filters to the code that collects referral details. Essentially I filter out user agents that are blank or contain a URL. That seems to remove the porn links and also good robots such as Daypop.

Your link to Dean Allen at http://textile.com/ is incorrect. He is located at http://textism.com/..

Hey, you said I could use Textile-style markup

Basil – Link corrected. Thanks.
And I said there might be glitches with the Textile markup – you’ve found one. Working on a fix…

Isn’t textile just fabulous?! I love it to pieces, and it is so easily customised, Although the regexps are very complicated from my POV...

Just thought I’d a hide a comment here saying that I’ll be instigating ‘post preview’ and ‘remember me’ functions at some point in the not too distant future.
